  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math support and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Can you please share a screenshot of this issue? This would help us understand the problem better. You can share images with us by uploading them to an image hosting site like Imgur, and then sharing the generated URL with us here.

Regarding your analytics now showing any data, please follow this guide.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation. Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Hi, and thanks for the reply.

I have managed to get data now, and it is showing the following:

    Hello,

Thanks for sharing the screenshot. Now we understand what you meant by

but I have a blank dashboard, blank site analytics, and blank SEO performance.

Though it seems to have resolved itself, however, if it occurs again, please check your site’s configuration if some PHP values are too low and need to be increased.

You can get in touch with your web host and ask them to set the following values:

    PHP Memory Limit: 1024M
    Max input time: 600
    PHP time limit: 240
    PHP max input variables: 1000

We can see from the screenshot that there is no data in your analytics dashboard. To solve this, we need to delete the old data and fetch the fresh data from Google. This is a simple process that you can do by following these steps.

Make sure you have the latest version of the Rank Math plugin installed on your site. You can check the latest version here: https://rankmath.com/changelog/free/

    1. Head over to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Tools & Status > Database Tools and click the Rebuild Index button.

    2. After that, head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics tab, click the Delete Data button and then click the Update Data Manually

    3. This will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.

    4. Once the process is complete. Please re-check the Analytics page and all the data should be showing up correctly.

Following the above steps should fix the issue.

You can refer to this guide for reference: https://rankmath.com/kb/zero-search-traffic-error/

However, if it does not, please check if there is a pending Scheduled Action by heading over to WordPress dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending or you can try visiting the following URL:

    https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=action-scheduler&status=pending

Then Run the rank_math/analytics/data_fetch scheduled action and wait for the data fetch to complete.

This is how it should look like:

Once done, please allow Rank Math a while to fetch data from Google and you should be able to see the updated data.

You might see other actions that are scheduled to RUN as well, it is quite normal and you don’t have to worry.

Let us know how that goes.

    Thank you.
