I also tested the sitemap using Bing bot viewer, and your sitemap is accessible. Also, the latest posts of your website are listed in the sitemap.
In this case, please follow these steps:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

Further, remove all the sitemaps from your Bing Webmaster account and submit only the main sitemap (sitemap_index.xml
), and then give Bing some time to crawl your website and see if the errors are gone.
