The good news is that pages are being submitted for indexing to Bing as soon as they are edited or published. The bad news is that each page appears to be submitted 3 times in a row. I’ve checked in webmaster tools, so I can confirm that the pages are submitted. Still, because the pages are re-submitted several times, I use up my quote for the day before all new pages are submitted.

We just tested it and it seems to be working fine:

If you are publishing a post and then updating it multiple times, then the post will be submitted multiple times as well since we submit the URLs with each update.
If you would like to change that, please disable the automatic submit and submit manually when you feel your article is ready.
If there is a different set of steps we should take to replicate the issue, please share that so we can take another look.
