Bing Instant Indexing Not Working

    Hi,

    I am receiving this error message (upon publishing or updating a post) since activating the Bing Instant Indexing module: “Failed to submit post to the Bing URL Submission API.”

    On the settings page, my Bing API Key is entered as well as Auto-Submit options selected.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    To check, have you entered your verification ID in Rank Math > General Settings > Webmaster Tools > Bing Webmaster Tools.

    Hello,

    Can you please confirm if you have verified the website on Bing already?
    https://rankmath.com/blog/bing-indexing-api/#verify-on-bing

    If not, please do so, only then with you be able to submit the URLs to Bing from your website using Rank Math.

    Hello,

    Can you please confirm:
    1. If your website is verified on Bing Webmaster Tools?
    2. You used the same account to create the API that you have used to verify the website?

    Finally, please check if you can manually submit the URLs for submission here:

    1. Yes, I verified via Google Search Console.
    2. The API was created upon verification.

    And yes, I have/am able to submit URLs manually.

    Hello,

    Thanks for for the follow up.

    Please make sure that you have not exceeded your URL quota on Bing. You can verify that by going to your Bing Webmaster Tools and select the option “URL Submission” on the left menu and check the quota left for the day.
