Please make sure that you have not exceeded your URL quota on Bing. You can verify that by going to your Bing Webmaster Tools and select the option “URL Submission” on the left menu and check the quota left for the day.

I have installed as per the tutorials. API key is working fine, I can submit urls manually. My quota has not been reached, yet the instant indexing is not submitting anything. Is there a specific time it submits to the API, or does it only submit newly created or edit posts/pages/products? How can I force the process to start, as I want to use daily quota to get indexed asap?
