    Hello,

I would like to inquire as to why I get billed for $19 every September, and then again $69 every March?

Also, how do I turn off automatic renewels?

    Thanks,

    Rick

  • Hello,

I apologize for any confusion regarding your billing. To clarify, the billing amounts you mentioned do not align with Rank Math’s pricing structure as per our records.

To address your concerns about automatic renewals and to manage your subscription settings, you can log in to your Rank Math account and navigate to the Subscriptions tab. From there, you can adjust your renewal preferences or cancel the automatic renewal feature.

If you encounter any difficulties while managing your subscription settings, please provide more details or screenshots, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.

Thank you for reaching out with your questions.

    Best regards.

Yes, now I see the issue. You have been auto-billing me for “Content AI” which I never signed up for.

Please refund to my credit card the total amount from the last two years, which is $38.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

We can see that you subscribed to yearly Content AI plan last September 22, 2022 and was renewed last year September 22, 2023.

Sorry to disappoint, but our refund policy does not extend for renewal subscriptions. Before the subscription happens, our system sends out an email 7 days before the actual charge so the users can cancel their subscription(s).

You can cancel the automatic subscriptions by following this guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/cancel-subscription/

We sent out an email reminder 7 days prior to the charge. Did you not receive that? Please let us know if you did not receive the email. We are here to assist.

NO, of course I didn’t receive any reminders, otherwise I certainly would have cancelled. If you’ve looked at your records, you’ll see that I never used this product after the first couple of days of the trial period.

But Ok, then I guess then I’ll dispute the charge with my AMEX, and of course I won’t be renewing any RankMath products going forward.

It’s a shame that you’re willing to lose a customer over something that could be so easily fixed…

    Hello,

As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.

As of the month date, you won’t be able to access those premium features we refunded.

We are continuously improving our products so we would request you to check back in the future to see if we might have something relevant to your needs.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need my assistance with anything else.
