  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your inquiry to us.

It’s great to hear that you want to use Rank Math for your clients’ websites in your digital agency. The approach you take can depend on your specific circumstances and your clients’ preferences. Here are some best practices to consider:

#1. Using Your Own Business Account:

    • You can certainly use your own RankMath Business account to manage your clients’ websites. This approach offers you control and simplifies the setup process.
    • You can create separate profiles or websites within your account for each client to keep their SEO settings separate and organized.

#2. Clients Creating Their Own PRO Accounts:

If your clients have a level of digital knowledge and are comfortable with the setup, they can create their own RankMath accounts.
You can guide them through the process, and they can grant you access to their accounts if needed.
Please refer to https://rankmath.com/pricing/ for the various subscription packages available with Rank Math.

Regarding the setup of RankMath accounts and configurations, here are some key points to consider:

    • Customize the SEO settings for each website based on their specific goals and content.
    • Write SEO-friendly titles and descriptions that accurately reflect the content of each page.
    • Configure instant indexing if your clients prefer their content to be indexed quickly.
    • Tailor other RankMath options to align with the unique needs of each client’s website.
    • Remember to document the setup and configurations for each client for future reference and easy management.

Hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.

    Thank you

    Hello,

Yes, the guide article you shared does show a best practice setup of our plugin.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need my assistance with anything else.

if i, as a agency setup rankmath from ny account, how should i do/what happens if me and my client separete? do you get my question?

    Hello,

    Thank you for your patience.

If your client already separated from your Agency subscription, then you can disconnect their website from your account dashboard:

If they still want to continue using the PRO features on their site, they can decide to purchase/subscribe to their own plan in Rank Math.

Here’s a guide on how to manage your clients in Business/Agency subscriptions:

    Hope that helps.
