Rank Math has Local SEO options as well that you can use to show info like OpeningHours to Google and to your visitors. You can do that from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Local SEO.
If you do not see that option, you need to enable the Local SEO module from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Local SEO.
Then, you can disable Yoast Local SEO altogether.

thank you for your very fast response. My problem was, that I just wanted to show the opening hours in the footer – without all the other informations.
I think I have resolved the problem by putting the opening hours just as a text block. Is this the right way?

I am afraid that this field is not available.
It is also not possible to use Yoast local with Rank Math since it requires Yoast to be active on your site.
