Hello, updraft/blogvault only works on small websites. They have a size limit.
I’m not concern about my website I’m more concern about backing up my SEO date only.
RankMath has a “create backup” option and it has created But I can’t retrieve this data. Where is this data stored and how can I retrieve it?

The backup option is designed to make backups only for your website. It’s a click-button solution that will quickly backup all your settings.
What you need to do is Export your settings as it gives more control over the export process.
Head to RankMath > Status & Tools > Import & Export and you can export your data.

But, you will need to export the SEO data (like title, focus keywords, etc..) for posts separately from WP’s inbuilt export from WP > Tools > Export.
