Meanwhile, please note that the Add missing ALT attributes and Add missing TITLE attributes options are not added to images added by your WordPress theme or page builder to various sections like your sliders, thumbnails, icons, etc. as they only apply to images added directly on your content, and added on the fly.

It seems that i’m using sliders and galleries for this images, that is why there are no lalt’ attributes there. Is there are any ways to fix that? Or any work arounds to add dynamic ‘alt’ to images that is using in sliders and galleries

The functionality only applies the missing ALT to images inside the content, or the post thumbnail and WooCommerce single product image.
Anything outside those won’t work with this feature.
