Automatic Redirection Issue

    Hello

    I have my permalinks with this structure:

    Category%%postnames%

    URLs looks like: site.com/Category/subcategory/postname

    now i need change to %postname% because i need some post in different categories for new posts.

    My question is that:

    if i have cheked “Automatic redirections”, on General-Settings> Redirections, and i change my permalink structure automatic redirections going to do redirections for all post (arround 800) or i need to do a .htaccess modification by myself????
    If i need do a .htaccess could you help me with code?

    Hi,

    Thanks for getting in touch with us.

    The auto-redirect option in Rank Math only works for slug changes. It doesn’t work when you change your permalink structure.

    With that said, you have to add a separate source URL for each category.

    Add a new redirect and set it up like this:
    null
