    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    If the issue persists, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Disabled all plugins and themes as described in the guide and enabled only rankmath, still no redirect.

    The site does show the “SEO Notice: you just changed the slug of a Post and Rank Math has automatically created a redirection. You can edit the redirection by clicking here.” but no redirect was created.

    The sensitive data added is a staging site, so feel free to mess around as you wish/need.

    Hello,

    Thanks for getting back to us.

    That functionality of Rank Math only works when you edit the permalink from your settings inside the post.
    Permalink change

    The change of date and URL that is happening on your website is controlled by WordPress because of the permalink structure you selected and we don’t have control over that.
