Auto Post Redirect and Changing Site Permalink Structure

    Hi, I wanted to check in quickly before I make a large change on a client site.

    If I enable Auto Post Redirect and then change the permalink structure from “Day and name” to a custom structure for the entire site, will all of the posts automatically be redirected? And will I see those redirections in the Rank Math Redirections area?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

    Unfortunately the auto-post redirection only redirects a post/page/taxonomy if there is change in the slug made in editing the page.

    It is recommended to stick to your initial permalink structures. If this is changed you would have to create this redirections.
