no I didn’t solve it, and I kept the access and firewall open for long time while no one used it.
if ya can check if there is duplicate breadcrumbs on the site without access it will be fine or else the whole support system with kb start to be annoying to me and doesn’t provide answers

It is impossible for us to check. But, you should maybe try inspecting the breadcrumbs and see where the other set of breadcrumbs is coming from.

I enable the breadcrumbs on genesis and also on RM, and I donβt insert RM breadcrumb code into the theme template.

I am sorry but we have dynamic IPs. Even if you whitelist our IP – our IP might have changed by the time we check your ticket.
On your single pages, I see two breadcrumbs – both added by Genesis. If you want to confirm, you can disable Rank Math temporarily and see the breadcrumbs will still be there.
I am sorry but you will have to take up this issue with Genesis since Rank Math is working perfectly fine and isn’t adding those breadcrumbs.
