    I have the author archive option enabled in RM and have also cleared the cache and disabled a plugin I just added the other day to see if that is the issue. But unfortunately not, the author pages are still redirected to the homepage.

    Hello,

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    If the issue persists, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Hello,

    We’ve checked your website and after clearing the cache we can see all the author archives are working properly except author/elisa. After further debugging, we found that you’ve set different redirections for this author archive page to your homepage and about us page.

    However, we’ve removed and disabled those redirections and now all the author archive pages are working properly without any issues. Please check the screenshot in the sensitive data section for your reference.
