The FTP seems to be working intermittently. I was able to log in then got logged out almost immediately then was not able to log back in until after a few retries. We’re looking into this but could you maybe look into why your FTP server is intermittently refusing contentions?

It looks like WordPress Core didn’t install correctly as running below query (this query is used with the authors sitemap query ) gives an empty result:
global $wpdb;
$test = "SELECT *
FROM {$wpdb->usermeta}
WHERE <code>meta_key</code> = 'wp_capabilities'
LIMIT 50";
$wpdb->get_results( $test );
(This issue is not specific to the RankMath plugin as we also tried other SEO plugins, and they did not include authors sitemap in the index output)
Could you please try a viable solution; installing https://wordpress.org/plugins/reset-roles-and-capabilities/, to reset the capabilities, and letting us how things turn out.
