    Dear Rank Math Support Team,

    First of all, I would like to express my gratitude for the exceptional work on the Rank Math plugin. It has been a tremendous help in my WordPress experience.

    However, I have encountered an issue with Rank Math and I’m hoping you could provide some guidance, as it might be a result of incorrect settings on my end.

    Issue Encountered:
    I am trying to edit individual titles using the “Edit Snippet” option in the Rank Math button on my WordPress fixed pages. After making changes to the title and pressing the WordPress ‘Update’ button, the changes do not seem to be reflected; the title reverts to the default.

    Interestingly, it appears as though the changes have been applied when I initially press the WordPress ‘Update’ button, but upon reloading the edit page, it reverts back to the original. I haven’t been able to find a specific ‘Save’ or ‘Update’ button in Rank Math for these changes.

    Could you please advise on how to properly configure individual snippets so that the changes are correctly applied and retained? I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.

    Thank you for your prompt response and the helpful screenshot provided. I truly appreciate the support and guidance you offer to users like myself.

    However, I need some clarification regarding the ‘Update’ button within the snippet editor. In the screenshot sent, the arrows seem to point to the ‘General’ tab and the ‘Permalink’ field, but I do not see an ‘Update’ button to save my changes in the snippet editor. I understand that typically, such a button should be located at the bottom of the snippet editor, and I wonder if perhaps the screenshot may have missed showing it.

    Could you please confirm where exactly the ‘Update’ button is located within the snippet editor? A clear indication or an updated screenshot pointing to the ‘Update’ button would be greatly appreciated.

    Your assistance is invaluable, and I look forward to resolving this issue with your help.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please ignore the reply from RankBot. We don’t have any separate update button in the Edit Snippet.

    However, as the settings are not getting saved on your website, for initial troubleshooting, please check if you are using a Firewall as it may prevent saving the changes. If you are using a Firewall, please whitelist this route:

    /wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta
