You can surely use all the credits with your Free account but all your connected websites would have access to those credits.
You can follow this guide to reconnect your Rank Math account and that would update the credits on the website: https://rankmath.com/kb/website-not-shown-in-account/
However, it seems like you purchased the credits using the email address in the sensitive data section of this ticket.
You’ll need to reconnect with that account to update the credits on the website.
