    Hi,

I’ve been trying to switch to RankMath. At first it seems everything was working fine, but then I noticed that more than half of my posts “disappeared” when I activate RankMath. I have deactivated all plugins except Really Simple SSL and it didn’t fix the issue. Also, some css I have for my page stops working after activating RankMath.

I like RankMath but it seems it’s not ready to work with Divi so far.

You can see what I mean here: https://multimarketingonline.com/blog/

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

This is quite unexpected, would you mind sharing some temporary FTP access as well so that we can enable debugging to help in our investigations?

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Sure, I appended the FTP info to the Sensitive section…

Looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you.

    Hi Jorge,

It seems you have a category name “blog” on your website as well.

When RM is active, /blog is showing the blog category page and not the default page which you have added using the Divi builder.

In General settings, you have enabled the Remove category base option, and you have a category named Blog. So, your website is showing the Blog category page on /blog instead of showing all the posts on your actual blog. I hope that makes sense.

Please disable the Remove category base option or change the name of the blog page or the “blog” category to something else. That will fix the issue.

If you ask me, I think a blog category makes no sense so rename that to something else or remove that entirely.

    Awesome!

I renamed the default category as you suggested and as you said it truly fixed the problem. Thank you so much for your kind help.

5 stars to RankMath and another 5 stars to you and all the support team.
