  • I have manually updated over 100 pages that were not fixed in the last update. But there is a problem.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

I assume your manual update is the reason I couldn’t replicate the issue with the URLs you shared in the sensitive section. Could you please share sample URLs that are still showing this error

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

Yes, I still have error pages.
    Updated data.

    Hello,

Have you manually added some of that Schema code to your theme or the plugin?

If so, please remove that as we cannot see the issue on a default installation of Rank Math with the Article Schema being used.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

No. Everything was exposed by the seo plugin.
    Maybe yoast seo did it

version .7.1 works fine, after the latest updates there were problems.

    Hello,

Is there any post we can look into to replicate this? Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins & the post URL in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I checked your site and you are using 1.0.48.2. I then checked a number of the URLs you shared with Google rich results testing tool: https://search.google.com/test/rich-results but I can’t replicate any issue. I have attached some screenshots of some of the test results in the sensitive section. Please check and let us know if there is something we are missing.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Updated data.
I have another link for testing. There are all the errors that google console takes into account. Attached a screenshot from google console. There you can see an error of re-sending the page for verification.
If you manually recreate rich results, then the error goes away.
    Login details remain unchanged.

    Hello,

The URLs shown in the GSC screenshot seem to be AMP URLs.

The issue with the URLs you have specified only seems to be reflected on the structured data testing tool. If you test the same URLs with Rich Results Test Tool there are no errors related to the article schema.

Please update to the latest version of Rank math then clear your cache and try updating the specified posts and checking if the issues still persists. Let us know if it does.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

Was able to update the plugin.
    The update brought no changes.
    Amp problem = page problem.
This can be seen in the links provided.

Google’s Structured Testing Tool (https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool) this tool is not the same (rich results) https://search.google.com/test/rich-results.

Data structure problems that the first link tests.

    Have you tested rich results.
