The API key in IndexNow feature is for Bing and Yandex search engines. Here’s a link for more information:

Could you please confirm if you’re getting any errors upon submitting URLs? If not, please check the History tab in Instant Indexing and see the status of the submitted URLs. You should see 200 status, which means that the URLs are submitted to IndexNow.
Also, the IndexNow API key is different than the Webmaster tools key. You can change your API key to a new one, and Rank Math will generate it on your site. This will not affect your Google Instant Indexing setup.

Hello, I am getting 200 response code.
Now I tried to change the API key but every time it auto generates.
This is what is happening:
The API Access Key from https://www.bing.com/webmasters/ is DIFFERENT from the key that is with IndexNow API. I’m unable to manually put the key there.
Then I visited https://bing.com/indexnow#bestpractices while being logged into my account and the API key that is generated there is different again.
So there are 3 different API keys from 3 different places. How do I know which ones the correct one?

The IndexNow API key is different from the Bing webmaster API key,
Rank Math automatically generates the IndexNow API key, you do not need to add any API key manually.
