Hi there,
Thanks for the follow up.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
It seems like you removed the log from your other post.
Could you please share that again here so we can check?
I don’t see any API error on your website and the search console is showing up fine as well. I only hit the “update cache” button in WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Search Console.
We look forward to more information.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hi there,
Thanks for the follow up.
I am afraid that I cannot reproduce any errors on the search console page. The author website however is reporting frequent time out issues with slow load speed.
I can suggest that you reach out to your host so that they can help in fixing the server issues.
Let us know if we can help further. Thank you.
Hello,

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.
Thank you.
