I’m receiving API Error: cURL error 28: Operation timed our after 30000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received when I try to do an SEO Analysis on my site. If I run the scan 5-10 times it will typically go through eventually but I don’t have that issue with my other website.
I am on a Host Gator account and have confirmed cURL is enabled.
https://www.hostgator.com/help/article/curlI read a support article on your site that asked someone to manually edit a config file to change the timeout from 30 seconds to 60 seconds and that worked for them. I’m on a WordPress Optimized plan and don’t have the ability to modify php files (to my knowledge). The replies from your support team on that post from 4 months ago stated your devs replicated the issue, found changing the timeout resolved the problem and would be fixing it in the future. Your plugin was just updated yesterday but I’m still having this issue. Any eta on a fix?
