The HTTP 1.1 request doesn’t make a difference, the result is the same.
When testing with the URL getprint.co.il it works correctly, no issues there.
The URL https://rankmath.siterubix.com/wp-includes/css/dist/block-library/style.min.css?ver=5.3.2 works fine as well. This means the issue is probably related to the SiteSpeed caching?
I also tried with the URL https://rankmath.siterubix.com/hello-world/ and it failed with a timeout error just like the homepage. It also fails (with a timeout error and a 404 response code) on non-existing URLs like https://rankmath.siterubix.com/hello-world/x
