  • API Error: Invalid server response. Please make sure to whitelist the IP is whitelisted. This is on all of our sites. It worked once then it gave us the error. Even when we were on the rm site and did the analyzer it showed score than Oops! That just happened

  • Hi, I just got this from my host.

    On checking, I found that the IP address “35.143.102.175” was blocked in the hulk database and I have unblocked and whitelisted it now. I’m still getting the api error.

    Since it seems your web server is blocking access to our API, you should whitelist our IP but the one you whitelisted doesn’t seem to be ours.

    Please make sure to whitelist the IP 134.90.148.98 and the user-agent RankMathChecker/2.0.0; https://rankmath.com.

    If you are not sure, please ask your web hosting provider to do it for you.

    Once done, you can run the SEO Analysis once again.

    The mentioned IP address has been whitelisted in the server firewalls now.
