    Hi team at Rankmath, whenever I click on the sitewide analysis, I receive this API Error: HTTP 403 error.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    It appears your web server is blocking access to our API.

    Please make sure to whitelist the IP 134.90.148.114 and the user-agent RankMathChecker/2.0.0; https://rankmath.com.

    If you are not sure, please ask your web hosting provider to do it for you.

    Once done, re-run the SEO Analysis once again.

    Thank you Asrani, I have whitelisted the Ip address. but I can’t see to find a place to whitelist the user agent. I’m on cloudways

    Hi Asrani, I have whitelisted both the IP and the user agent. It seems not to be working. I still see the API error notice

    Please clear the SEO Analysis cache by going to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Clear SEO Analysis

    Once done, clear your website cache and re-run the SEO Analysis.
