API Error: HTTP 400 error in seo analysis

    Dear Support,

    When i’d try to do a side-wide seo analysis the following error message will occur: API Error: HTTP 400 error. Before i didn’t have any problems with it. I already whitelisted the IP address, as i have seen it solved the problem for lots of people. Also i have checked if there were some website errors. But every page has shown a 200 OK status. I’m really lost now. Hopefully you could help me further. Thanks in advance!

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    I tried submitting your website in HTTPS status checker and it seems your website has an SSL related issue. Please see the screenshot I inserted in the Sensitive Data section.

    Please contact your hosting provider to fix this issue. After doing so, please try to re-run the SEO Analysis once again.

    Thanks for your prompt reply and helpful tips. I have changed the minimum TLS version, which worked. Now i was able to run the analysis again. Really thanks, awesome support!
