Please check if cURL is enabled on your server. You can ask your web host about the same.
If it is working, please give it another shot. If it still won’t work, please edit the following plugin file:
/includes/modules/seo-analysis/class-seo-analyzer.php
Then, change the following line (line number 358):
$request = wp_remote_get( $api_url, [ 'timeout' => 20 ] );
Increas the timeout value to 60:
$request = wp_remote_get( $api_url, [ 'timeout' => 60 ] );
The SEO analysis should start working as expected.
Or, you could also use the online version of the tool which is just as good:

I found it. The change isn’t being accepted. I will contact my server
Update 1: I changed the code from 30 to 60. No improvement
Update 2: I contacted my server and went through two attempts
Attempt 1: Sent them the error code and they responded
–> We have allowed an outgoing connection for the API and you should be able to use the plugin without any issues.
I tried the Website scan again and received:
API Error: Invalid server response.
Attempt 2: Reached back to my server with this new info and the actual steps I take within Math Rank to launch the site scan, and they responded with:
–> We just checked the logs on the server, but we did not see any issue from the server-side, so there may be some internal issue with the plugin, so we suggest you contact the plugin provider and ask them to have a look into this as that will certainly help.
Any thoughts on next steps? What could we be missing? Is the API feed from Google or is from my server?

So sorry for the continued trouble.
It looks like your website has been blocked by our Firewall perhaps because you tried the tool multiple times in a short span of time.
I have alerted the server team about this and they will whitelist your website’s IP.
