API Error: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 30001 milliseconds with 0 b - Support

Hello.

I have been struggling to run the SEO Analysis tool for my website, both through WP & your website. Via WP I get the error ‘ API Error: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 30001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received’ & via your website (https://rankmath.com/tools/seo-analyzer/) I get ‘Oops! That just happened Sorry, an error occurred. Please try again later or contact us.’

I note from your support page that I can change the plugin, specifically line 380, from 30 to 60. As I am not a ‘techie’ person & before making any changes, are you able to confirm I am in the right place to make these changes as per the image below.

As for why things don’t work via your website, maybe you can look into this.

Yes, the 30 you have to change to 60 is the one you see in the lie 380 in your screenshot.

Could you share your website (in the Sensitive Data section) so we can check by you are getting that issue in the web version of the analyzer?

Did you change the line 380 as advised? If not please do.

If you did change the code and the issue still persists, you can update to our beta update to fix this.

Please enable the Beta update by following this:
https://rankmath.com/kb/version-control/#beta-updates

$beta update$

If you are unable to see an update, please clear Rank Math’s transients from:
WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Rank Math Transients > Remove transients

Please clear the caches, server, and WordPress after updating.
