They are not blocking anything. Could it be the version of the plugin? shouldn’t it work with the updates?

I don’t is something related to the plugin but maybe if your servers are not blocking ours, maybe ours are blocking yours. Could you add in the Sensitive Data section your domain (or if you are using Cloudflare, your host IP) so we can check it?

1. We have whitelisted your IP from our end.
2. We have updated RM to the latest version.
3. We have flushed the SEO Analysis data. Now, you just need to wait 24 hours for all the cache to clear and then attempt the SEO Analysis.
If it doesn’t work, please let us know and share your FTP details as then we will need to investigate this even further.
