I tested both the URLs using Linkedin’s Post Inspector tool, and the second URL (https://www.e2k...) shows correct og:title.
However, I did notice the issue with the other URL (http://www.tqm...), here the og:title is not displayed.
Please have a look at the screenshots available in the sensitive data section of this ticket.
Please clear your website’s cache and see if that fixes the issue.
Also, I noticed that both the above websites are set to No Index, this would restrict your website from appearing in the search results. Could you please confirm if you have intentionally marked the websites as No Index?

Yes, both sites are in development this is the reason are “no index”

I try in two difderent computers.
Anyway you can see this issue in my other site (tqmdesarrollo/cor….)
The only way to solve this is Disable Embeds in WordPress but with Yoast Seo i hacent this issue

LinkedIn prioritizes the oEmbed code instead of the OpenGraph meta tags. That is why your OpenGraph is not being used when sharing on Social Media and only works when you activate the WordPress Disable Embed Plugins.
However, we will be adding support for oEmbed in a future release but it is not available yet. You may keep track of our changelog here: https://rankmath.com/changelog/
