    Hi Guys,

    I noticed our license is not working, and we are on auto-pay renewal. Please confirm if we need to renew or not. My card information has not changed.

    We’re sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing with your license. To confirm, you are on an auto-pay renewal, and your card information has not changed. We recommend checking your account’s subscription status to ensure that the renewal has been processed correctly.

    You can verify your subscription status by logging into your Rank Math account and navigating to the Subscriptions tab from the left sidebar. If the subscription is active, you should be able to see the renewal date and the status of your subscription.

    I added my bank card vs using my PayPal, which even PayPal should be working fine, but added my bank card as default.

    Let me know, it doesn’t provide an option to pay the renewal in my account.

    Please follow the steps below to ensure your PRO features is active:

    1. Ensure that you are using the latest version of Rank Math plugin. If not yet, please do update them. You may refer to our changelog page here: https://rankmath.com/changelog/

    2. Re-activate your Rank Math PRO plugin. To do that, navigate to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.
