    Hello!

    The analytics worked properly for several months, but now it stopped again 1-2 weeks ago. Can you look at it?

    Our developers have made significant improvements to the Analytics module in the latest release of the plugin.

    Hence, please try updating the Free plugin to the latest version.

    After that, please follow the steps here to trigger the initial data import of the Analytics data: https://rankmath.com/kb/delete-old-analytics-data/

    In this case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    I’ve checked your site, and there are already data showing in Rank Math’s Analytics. Please refer to the screenshot in the sensitive data section for your reference.

    The data fetch schedule for Google Analytics and Google Search Console is different for the Free version (every 7 days) and PRO users (every 3 days) which is the minimum since it takes roughly 24 hours for the data outside the live tracking to update.

    Please note that we only retrieve the data 3 days behind the current last sync date and since you are a Free user, the data will be updated every 7 days and the next schedule will happen in the next 3 days.

    I went ahead and manually run the pending action to fetch data from Google and the stats in your updating.

    You may give it a couple of minutes to finish the process.
