    Hi!

    U wrote this few months ago, but not working after 1-2 days….

    what is the problem? my site worked correctly

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Let’s try deleting old imported data and start the fresh data fetch. Please follow these steps.

    1. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Tools & Status and click the ‘Rebuild Index’ button https://i.rankmath.com/kecLYK
    2. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the ‘Delete Data’ button and then click the ‘Update Data Manually’ https://i.rankmath.com/fvcsbF
    3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.
    4. Once the process is complete. Please recheck the Analytics page.

    I checked your scheduled actions or “CRON Jobs” and it seems there are no pending actions to run. The CRON Job is responsible for fetching data from Google in the background.

    It is possible that your CRON Jobs aren’t working as expected.

    Please contact your hosting provider and ask to enable your CRON Job.

    We use the default WP-Cron.

    I logged in to your website and checked the settings.

    The cron jobs on your website are not working.

    Without this working correctly our plugin can’t correctly fetch the data from Google.

    Thank you for extending the temporary login URL.

    I checked your scheduled actions and there are now entries, however, there’s no pending action for Rank Math and there are a lot of canceled actions. Please refer to my screenshot in the Sensitive Data section.

    Can you please reconnect your Google service again to re-create the auth key? You can do it here: Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics.

    After doing so, report back to us so we can continue debugging the issue.

    I don’t understand that exactly..that was the first step I took…I pressed the reconnect again now…
