Analytics not working

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    Please reconnect the Google account, to regenerate the auth token from Google, by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and configure the Search Console and Analytics settings:
    search traffic

    The data fetch should start automatically once you configure the settings.

    If the data is still not fetched, please check if cron jobs are working on your website or not, you can use the WP-Crontrol plugin to check that.

    In order to fetch the data correctly and consistently, you need to have the cronjobs working and enabled in your installation.

    I have no idea if its working or not…

    Where in WP control can isee if its working? And if not, what can i do?

    Hello,

    Install the WP Crontrol plugin, then go to WordPress dashboard > Tools > Cron Events.

    If the cron jobs are not working, the page will show a notice for the cron issue.

    If the cron jobs are working and data is not fetched, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    I tried fetching fresh data from Google but the data is not getting fetched.

    Could you please reconnect Rank Math to your Google account by going to Rank Math > General settings > Analytics and reconfigure the settings.

    I didnt press on update data manually. Just reconnected. and did this:

    I checked your website and it seems you haven’t installed your Analytics tracking code. I went ahead and installed it for you as you can see in this screenshot:

    Then, I manually run the scheduled action to fetch data from Google, the 0 data is still there.

    The issue here is that only your GSC was given permission in Rank Math plugin as you can see in this screenshot:

    I reconnected again, and still not working. All 6 permissions are aloud.

    So can anybody help me or not? I even gave you the login and still it’s not working…

    Could you please clarify if you are using the domain property or the prefix verification on your Google Search Console for this website?

    Our plugin only supports the prefix method.

    Also, please share the organic traffic from the last 30 days for this website from GSC so we can compare it with the data we get from the plugin.

    I entered again the prefix verification, before it was domain. But nothing changed.

    The numbers on Google Search Console are so small that the sampling of data that the API usually does might be causing those to be skipped when importing data to your website.

    It’s perfectly normal for the API to not show a perfect comparison between the data because of the situation we mentioned: https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/reporting/core/v3/reference#sampling

    To make the API calls faster Google sometimes only processes part of the data before it sends the response from the API.
