Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
We recommend getting in touch with your web host and asking them to set at least the following values to make sure that all the functionalities of our plugin can run consistently:
PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 150
PHP time limit: 120
PHP max input variables: 1000
Also we would request you to follow the steps below to create a troubleshooting log so that we can check the issue further:
Step #1.
First, add the following filter to your website:
add_filter( 'rank_math/analytics/log_response', '__return_true' );
Here is a guide you can follow to add the filter:
https://rankmath.com/kb/wordpress-hooks-actions-filters/
Step #2.
After adding the filter, please run the pending Scheduled Action from your WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending:
Step #3.
When some actions have completed running, please check the Analytics log under /wp-content/uploads/rank-math and share that with us.
You can use a tool like dropbox for debug log files and share the generated links here.
As for the error log, please share the latest messages with us so we can advise further.
If you’re unsure about the steps, please add your FTP login information in the sensitive data section so we can check.
Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
I have gotten in touch with my web host and they have added the values specified above to my website. As for the steps above, I have comepleted 1 and 2. I am having difficulty with step 3, so I have updated my sensitive data with my WordPress login information at the top for you to access.
Hello,
We checked your site and found that the scheduled action to fetch the data from Google was missing on your website. We’ve created the schedule action and run it, and now in the Analytics dashboard, the data is started appearing:

It will take some more time to fetch all the data from Google Search Console.
However, we can see the scheduled events are not running correctly on this website and they are failing their scheduled dates as you can see here:

Because of this, the import of data gets delayed a lot on the website and it might seem that it has stopped completely from importing.
You would need to discuss this with your hosting provider and make sure that the cron jobs work consistently and the scheduled actions don’t miss any of their schedules.
Don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.
Thank you.
