  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for the delay and for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

Could you please try deleting the old analytics data in Rank Math and start a fresh import? You can follow the steps in this link:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/delete-old-analytics-data/

Also, are you using the ExtraMetrics Plugin alongside Rank Math? It seems that the plugin is also using some same features that Rank Math already offers which might cause a conflict on your site.

I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.

    Hey Reinelle,

Thanks for your update. I have already done what ever you have asked me to do.

And regarding the ExtraMetrics, I have been using RankMath along with this one, for last 1 year almost and both of them worked well. But the issue started just 1 month back. For last 30 days, the RankMath did not get the analytics data properly. It was just blank!

For that reason, I raised this ticket to your support team, to check the issue!
