Hi,
I used Rank Math to install my Google Analytics code and it was working fine for months. But the other day I went into the set up wizard for something else, and then noticed that the Analytics code is not enabled. I tried to re-enable it, I selected my property etc., but when I pressed save the info disappeared.
I tried reconnecting several times but nothing works. My property is showing there, but after I select everything and try to save it all the info disappears, and the the code function is disabled.
(btw, as far as I know I don’t have GA4. I didn’t do anything to actively upgrade)
Please let me know what can be done.

We are extremely sorry about this issue but can you please verify if you have given the Rank Math App permission to read the Google Search Console data.

From here: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

If not, please reconnect the Google Accounts, from your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics

I gave the permissions, but it’s only connected to the search console. For some reason not connecting to Analytics

Hello,

Thank you for following up.

Could you please check and ensure that the tables exist in Rank Math > Status & Tools > System Status?

If not, please follow the steps below:

1. Ensure that the Advanced Mode is selected:

2. Re-create tables by clicking WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the Re-create database Table button.

Then please reconnect the Google Account from your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics.

Are you using Firefox by any chance?

If so, can you please try saving the settings in Chrome or some other browser?

We are checking this internally, but your feedback will help determine if this is really something happening only on Firefox.

Yes, you got it! I saved the settings on Chrome and it worked fine.
