    Hello, we noticed this morning that one of the sites we manage was giving a ‘There has been a critical error on your website’ error. I got in touch with WP engine who hosts the site and they said they never experienced any downtime so it wasn’t an issue related to them. Our developer took a deeper look and found and issue within RankMath itself while we were using your analytics code insert. We disabled and added the functionality within Elementor Code Snippers so we should be good from a functionality/uptime perspective but we wanted to reach out to see if you guys can fix this error. See below for the error that we received. Thanks!

    Hello Andrew,

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention and apologies for the inconvenience caused.

    The error has something to do with your Analytics Module in Rank Math.

    It seems like new tables are not getting created in the Database or some old plugin has left an incorrect entry.

    1. Please follow these steps to fix the issue:

    2. Please follow only the first 2 steps and clear your caches. The following steps mentioned in the article are for advanced users.

    Please clear all the cache, including the server after following the above process and that should resolve the issue.
