From here: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
If not, please reconnect the Google Accounts, from your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics

Could you please check and ensure that the tables exist in Rank Math > Status & Tools > System Status?
If not, please follow the steps below:
1. Ensure that the Advanced Mode is selected:
2. Re-create tables by clicking WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the Re-create database Table
button.
Then please reconnect the Google Account from your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics.

Are you using Firefox by any chance?
If so, can you please try saving the settings in Chrome or some other browser?
