  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Please check the Google Analytics organic traffic for the last 30 days from your analytics dashboard and compare it to Rank Math’s analytics dashboard.

If you are seeing different stats, then please try rebuilding the index, then manually deleting old imported data, and start the fresh data fetch. Please follow these steps:

    1. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Tools & Status and click the ‘Rebuild Index’ button
    2. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the ‘Delete Data’ button and then click the ‘Update Data Manually’
    3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.
    4. Once the process is complete. Please recheck the Analytics page.

If this isn’t the case and you believe that your ranking has truly gone down, then please note that changing SEO plugins should not affect your rankings unless it was not properly configured when you migrated from Yoast to Rank Math.

Please refer to these useful guides that should help you properly configure Rank Math:

With that said, please also note that ranking on Google depends on so much more than just your on-page optimization. You could have the perfect content and still struggle to break the top 10 in SERPs. Here are some of the factors Google considers when ranking you:

    1. Your website’s authority
    2. Your content’s quality and how better it is than the other article currently ranking.
    3. How competitive the keyword is.
    4. How many backlinks you have and if they are better than what the other guys ranking for that keyword have.
    5. Your website’s crawlability.
    6. Frequency of new content and content updates.

You may refer to our article as well:

Looking forward to helping you with this one.

Thanks for Replay and thanks for this information..
I have done all setup of your plugin correctly only after watching the video on youtube
Data is imported correctly from Yoast Plugin
I am sending you 2 screenshots of Google Analytics
    Google Analytics 7day data
    Google Analytics 28 day data
    it’s your plugin screenshot
please tell me how can I solve my problem

    Thank you for your patience.

In this case, please check if cron jobs are working properly on your website. You can use the WP-Crontrol plugin to check that.

In order to fetch the data correctly and consistently, you need to have the cronjobs working and enabled in your installation.

If the cron jobs are working, check if there is a pending Scheduled Action, go to WordPress dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending:

Run the rank_math/analytics/data_fetch scheduled action and wait for the data fetch to complete.

You can check the progress at Rank Math > Analytics.

If the issue still persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

The actions that you are seeing in the pending sections are scheduled to fetch the latest data next week. There is nothing to worry about. Rank Math uses those actions to fetch the data and send email reports.

Hope this clarifies your doubts. Let us know if you need any further assistance.
