    Hi,
    Not sure if this is your area but Google analytics doesn’t seem to be collecting any data. Maybe I’ve not installed it properly?
    Also, I noticed when I Googled the website name my previous conversation with Rank Math came up as a search result. Is this normal?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    For Analytics, please follow these steps:
    1. Connect or Reconnect Google: https://rankmath.com/kb/connect-your-google-account/
    2. Delete old data and add again: https://rankmath.com/kb/delete-old-analytics-data/
    3. If it doesn’t work, share the system info from Rank Math > Status & Tools > System Info > Copy to clipboard

    The support tickets in the Free section are indexed in the search results and that might be a reason it is showing in search results.

    Hi, Anas,
    Thanks for your response. I’m not using the pro version of Rank Math so I don’t think I can set up Google analytics via the plugin. I’ll check my installation with Google.

    Hello,

    Thanks for getting back.

    I checked your site and figured out that there is no Google Analytics Code added to your website. That could be the reason that the data is not being collected by your Google Analytics Account.

    You can install the Analytics Code from WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and enable the Install Analytics Code option.
