    Hello,
When trying to run the first SEO Analysis, I get this message: “An error occured.”
I have tried “Flush SEO Analysis Data”, but this didn’t fix the issue.
    Thank you.

Thanks a lot for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

It could be your web server is blocking access to our API.

Please make sure to whitelist the IP 134.90.148.98 and the user-agent RankMathChecker/2.0.0; https://rankmath.com.

If you are not sure, please ask your web hosting provider to do it for you.

Once done, you can run the SEO Analysis once again.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    The web host says:

Access from that IP address and User-Agent string should currently be allowed. The only filtering rules we see are in the “public_html/.htaccess” file and they do not cover that IP address and User-Agent.
