I’ve checked your site using our External SEO Analyzer tool, and it seems that the images you are referring to were added as post thumbnails on your homepage.
Unfortunately, the Add missing ALT attributes and Add missing TITLE attributes options are not added to images added by your WordPress theme or page builder to various sections like your sliders, thumbnails, icons, etc.
Since you mentioned that you have already added the alt attributes to those images, you may need to get in touch with your theme or page builder development team and ask why those are not getting added to the post’s images on your homepage. I’ve attached a screenshot in the sensitive data section for your reference.
