Alt text/filename not being recognised by Rank Math

I apologize for the issue you are facing with Rank Math not recognizing the Focus Keyword in the images despite activating the Add missing ALT attributes feature and renaming the files using Phoenix Media Rename.

To ensure that Rank Math recognizes the Focus Keyword in your images, please make sure to follow these steps:

1. Enable Image SEO Module: Head to your WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO and ensure that the Image SEO module is enabled. You can refer to this guide for detailed instructions: Enable Image SEO Module.

2. Set Alt Attribute Format: Navigate to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Images and enable Add missing ALT attributes. Could you please share the affected URL so we can check as well?

Meanwhile, please note that the Add missing ALT attributes and Add missing TITLE attributes options in Rank Math are not added to your images in the media gallery as the feature works only on the fly (applied on the front end when your page loads on the browser).

Also, images added by your WordPress theme or page builder to various sections like your sliders, thumbnails, icons, etc. will not be affected as they only apply to images added directly to your content.
