  • Hello,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re facing issues with the Rank Math SEO Analyzer showing errors for the alt attributes on your images. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

To address this issue, please ensure that the alt attributes are correctly set up for all images on your page. Additionally, make sure that the alt attributes are added to the images within the post or page content, as Rank Math only adds missing alt attributes for images added in post or page content, not for images used in headers, sidebars, footers, etc.

If you have already followed these steps and the issue persists, please assign this ticket to a human agent using the available buttons so that they can further investigate and assist you.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Kind regards.

The issue lies with the featured image. Although I’ve added the Alt Text from the Media Library in WordPress, the error persists.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

If you check the post’s front end, the alt attribute is not present in the featured image:

Even if you have added it in the Media Library, your theme is not adding the ALT attribute to the featured image in the front end, and that’s why the SEO analyzer is reporting the issue.

Please get in touch with the support team of your theme, as they will be in a better position to help you fix this.

Please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
