    On rare occasions, it takes a little while for the system to set up and reconcile payments. However, we can see that your account is a BUSINESS account, so everything should be fine now.

    As PRO version is built on top of the free version to keep the plugins robust and lightweight. You will need both of them to be installed and activated at the same time so the PRO version will work. Kindly go to https://rankmath.com/my-account/ and download, install, and activate the PRO version in addition to the Basic version if you have not done that.
