Please check out my website tatkaltech.com to help me identify the potential mistake either in the RankMath plugin or anywhere on the website that wiped out all the posts from search results appearing on the front page of Google and some even in the featured snippets.

This started happening around 10 to 12 January 2024. I am very tense because I am unable to identify the issue. Please help me to keep running this website.

  • Hello,

I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re facing with your website’s search rankings. I understand how stressful this can be, but I’m here to help.

There could be several reasons why your posts are no longer appearing in search results, and it’s important to investigate this thoroughly. While I can’t directly check your website, I can guide you through some steps to identify potential issues.

Firstly, have you checked if there were any Google algorithm updates around the time when your posts disappeared from search results? Google frequently rolls out updates that can impact search rankings. You can use the following guide to check for recent algorithm updates: Google Algorithm Updates

Additionally, you can monitor your website’s indexation status using the Google Search Console or the Index Status report in Rank Math’s Analytics. This will help you identify any errors that Google has encountered while trying to crawl and index your site. Here’s a guide on how to do that: Monitor Your Site’s Indexation Status

If you’ve already checked these aspects and are still facing issues, please feel free to reach out to our support team for further assistance. You can contact them through this link: Rank Math Support

I hope this information helps, and please let me know if you need further assistance with anything else.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting support.

We just checked the technical aspects of the website that our plugin is responsible for handling such as metadata generation, sitemaps, Schema markup, and the robots.txt file.

All of those are correct and are not throwing any errors so the website is ready to be indexed and ranked on SERPs.

Since all the technical aspects are fine, you should start focusing on the SEO strategy and also other areas such as domain authority, content quality, and backlinks.

Unfortunately, that is not something that our team or plugin can assist with as it falls outside the scope of Rank Math but we would like to share a website that has tons of helpful content on this matter: https://learningseo.io/

That should help you broaden your SEO knowledge and start working on a winning strategy that you could implement and test on your website.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
