Since you said you already tried to test if the problem disappears if you disable Rank Math and it does, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

I’ve installed the Health Check and Troubleshooting plugin and it looks like the XT WooCommerce Floating Cart Pro plugin is the one causing the noindex tag to be applied on your pages.

The issue does not replicate when only Rank Math is activated and I can suggest that you backup your site and update this plugin since you are currently running Version 1.4.9 and the latest version is 1.6.4.

If updating the plugin does not fix the issue, then you will need to reach out to the author of this plugin since they are better equipped to address and fix this.
