Go to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Posts/Pages > Remove %sitename% from title and same from your individual posts/pages.
Please note that Google might be considering that last part as your brand name and adding it automatically.
That’s completely normal for Google to include your brand name in the title’s automatically – even if you deliberately leave them out from your titles.

With that said, it largely depends on keyword intent too. For some keyword searches, your custom title might appear while for others – Google might append your brand name to the title and there is nothing you can do to force them to do otherwise. That is regardless of what SEO plugin you use.
Regarding the wp-content URLs appearing in search results, your robots.txt file is not configured correctly.
Add these lines to your robots.txt file (above the Sitemap URL):
Disallow: /wp-content/
Disallow: /wp-includes/
Allow: /wp-content/images/
