I’ve checked your sitemap URLs and it seems like the featured images are already included there but also, not all featured images are indexed.
Since, everything seems to be correct with your SEO setup, now the decision to index them on SERPs is completely up to Google.
Please be advised that, Google decides solely when it’s a matter of indexing a post/image on SERPs. Here, what you can do is to improve the quality of your contents/images.
Hence, I suggest you closely follow the best practices for Google Images from this guide and hopefully Google would index the images in the future: https://developers.google.com/search/docs/advanced/guidelines/google-images

I think my article quality is good and they are all indexed, but when I check the live test in some articles, the featured image section looks white, so I think the Google bot didn’t crawl my image. We checked the first 2 URLs you shared and they are currently not indexed on the SERP. Please check the URLs in your Google Search Console and look for any coverage issues that may tell us why your content is not indexed by Google.
As for the 3rd URL, it was indexed and the correct featured image seems to be indexed by Google as well. Please refer to my screenshot below:

Please be advised that, Google may take a while to show your URLs and the images on SERPs after you publish them to index on Google. As, Google assigns a crawl budget to your website depending on various factors, and that has a direct effect on how soon your content can be indexed. You can always allow Google some time and the URLs should get indexed by Google automatically.
